These might need electricity to run the fountain, but if you shop around you will find a lot of solar powered ones too.

You could also just get a nice fountain for your garden and the birds will naturally come to it to drink and bathe. Of course, you will want to get something that is safe and attractive for the birds so you don’t want it to be too deep or too slippery.
